Terms and Conditions
The current general terms and conditions of sale apply to the selling operation of Better Living Products Pty Ltd., ABN: 52 076 016 058, ACN: 076 016 058 (us) and cover all sales to its customers (you) through the www.betterlivingproducts.au website as well as orders taken over the telephone, by fax, by email, by posted or through our Agents and Sales Brokers. We reserve the right to amend the present general terms and conditions of sale at any time, with the proviso that details of all amendments are published on our website.
In order to place an order and to enter into a legally binding contract with us, you must be over 18 years old and be a resident of Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Southern Pacific Islands.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we find that you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Prices are given in Australian dollars and are inclusive of all taxes but exclusive of postage and packaging costs. The cost of postage and handling is shown at the checkout and is subject to change without notice.
For all consignments to be shipped outside of Australia, invoices are automatically calculated exclusive of taxes. The cost of postage and handling will be determined by location and is shown at the checkout. Any customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or state taxes that may apply are your sole responsibility and are not payable by Better Living Products Pty Ltd.
All orders are payable in Australian dollars.
Better Living Products Pty Ltd reserves the right to change its prices at any time, although products will be invoiced at the price in effect when the order was placed, subject to availability.
We will accept your order subject to the present general terms and conditions of sale.
You can place an order in one of the following ways:
Your order will be dispatched on receipt of payment. In the case of payments received by cheque we will allow seven working days for the cheque to clear.
Invoices are normally included with your order but in certain circumstances may be sent separately, either by email or by post, within 2 working days after the package has been dispatched. Export orders must include invoices with the package.
Clicking the 'Confirm' button at the end of the ordering process acknowledges that you agree to the order as well as to the present general terms and conditions, in their entirety and without exception.
Data recorded by Better Living Products Pty Ltd constitutes proof of all transactions between Better Living Products Pty Ltd and its customers.
Data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Physical product and prices are valid as advertised on www.betterlivingproducts.au. Physical products are subject to stock availability. Information on product availability is provided when you place an order online. These details are given for information purposes only and are not binding.

There is no partial dispatch of goods for cheque payments. Your cheque will be cancelled and returned to you.
If only part of the order is available, our Sales Team will contact you to check whether partial delivery is acceptable. Only goods that are delivered will be charged for.
Despatch and Delivery (Postage and Packing)
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Allow 4-10 working days for delivery.
The delivery fee includes preparation, packaging and postage and is charged as follows:
A fee applies to each order for delivery by Australian Post or Courier Delivery. Delivery fees are shown at the checkout and subject to change without notice.
Additional fees apply for other countries.
It is strongly recommended to combine several items in one order rather than order items individually if shipped withing Australia. We are unable to combine orders placed separately and you will thus be liable to pay separate delivery costs for each order.

Condition of Ownership
All goods remain the property of Better Living Products Pty Ltd until receipt of payment in full. This provision does not affect transfer to the customer of all risks of loss or damage from the moment the goods leave our premises.
To help minimise the risk of interception and subsequent fraudulent use of your card details, Better Living Products Pty Ltd operates a secure payment system that is compatible with SSL standards.

Better Living Products Pty Ltd shall not be responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users/contributors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized with this website, or for any technical or human error which may occur in the course of the operation or administration thereof. Better Living Products Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any information provided by a website user.
This Agreement shall be construed and performed in accordance with and shall be governed by Australian law and you should submit to the jurisdiction of the Australian Courts.
