Lockable Dispensers Installation and Maintenance Tips

Always read and follow the installation instructions enclosed with your dispenser before commencing installation.

• For a secure installation, the dispenser must only be installed onto a smooth, clean and completely dry surface.
• For maximum strength and hold, you must use both the supplied double-sided tape and silicone adhesive.
• Apply the silicone adhesive in a thick, continuous wavy pattern, as indicated in the enclosed installation instructions.
• Once you have selected your preferred position, carefully place the backing plate onto the wall. Press the backing plate firmly and evenly against the wall until you can see the silicone adhesive being pushed through the small holes in the backing plate.
• This is important as it ensures the silicone makes maximum contact with the wall and provides the strongest possible bond.
• Do not install the dispenser or place any load on it until the silicone adhesive has fully cured, in accordance with the curing time specified in the enclosed instructions.
• For best results, do not skip any step of the installation process.

Guests quickly become familiar with the location of the shower tap handles. Where possible, install the dispenser:

• At approximately shoulder height – positioning the buttons too high or too low can be inconvenient for guests.
• Above the tap handles – this helps maximise the available space within the shower area.

To help prevent burning or scalding, never position the dispenser where guests need to place their hands or arms through the shower stream to operate it.

The dispenser should be positioned so that guests can comfortably operate the buttons without reaching through the flow of hot water.

Always ensure your hands are clean and dry before removing a chamber. This helps prevent accidental slips and drops, which can result in damage to the chamber.

Where possible, we recommend filling the chambers while the dispenser remains securely installed on the wall.

Priming is normally required when a chamber has been completely emptied during use or following routine cleaning.

For your convenience, priming instructions are located underneath the lid of each chamber.

Each time you refill a chamber:

1. Ensure the chamber is correctly and securely seated in the backing plate.
2. Ensure the lid is securely locked.
3. Remove the key after locking the chamber.

Always check that the chamber is securely fitted before leaving the dispenser unattended.

Regular cleaning and maintenance is essential to keep the dispenser clean, hygienic and operating correctly for your guests.

Daily

• Simply wipe the dispenser with a damp cloth to remove soap or amenity residue.
• Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or scouring products, as these may damage the dispenser's finish.
• Finish by wiping with a clean, dry cloth to maintain the appearance of the dispenser.

Every 3 to 6 months or as required

Liquid amenities can congeal and build up over time, which may restrict or stop the flow of product if the chamber and pump are not regularly cleaned.

• Remove the pump and valve assembly from the chamber and wash thoroughly in warm water.
• Do not disassemble the pump or valve components.
• Check that the blue ball inside the valve moves freely.
• Clean thoroughly around the dispensing nozzle, where product can accumulate.
• Reassemble and reinstall the components, then prime the chamber if required.
